I had the quail and a surprise dessert. The quail and mashed potatoes were delicious. I also enjoyed the cornbread sticks paired with red wine.
The food, decor, and service all get a solid 4.5 stars! The appetizers in particular were lovely, as were the cocktails and free rosé (for our anniversary). The only thing knocking this review down to 4 starts is the intensity of the fly problem. This was pretty common around Santa Fe during our visit in late August, but at a beautiful restaurant that's going for a fine dining vibe, I wish they took more steps to keep the flies at bay. Remember that free rosé? I didn't finish my glass after I found a gnat floating in it. Just kinda dampens the mood.
Outstanding! food is the best i have had in nm. service was top notch. you won't be disappointed.
Professionalism and excellence. I don't write many reviews but this place really deserves the praise. From the moment we entered the place, ordered drinks, food, and were served, each step was perfectly executed. The service was impeccable. The food was immaculate. We ordered the Paloma (less sugar) and the Negroni. Delicious! Perfectly made. Then for a light meal we ordered the salmon crudo and the mussels pozole. Both were exquisite. The salmon had a sauce that was savory with great umami. The mussels were done to perfection and the pozole had just the right amount of butter. Honestly we are going back tomorrow on empty stomachs. Hot tip: sit at the chef's table to see the perfectly executed dishes roll out in what looks like a cuisine ballet.
