Connor W at the front desk is extremely helpful! I'm here for a work conference and I really appreciate being able to upgrade my room. The texting option for inquiries is so convenient.
The Eldorado is our favorite place to stay in Santa Fe. We have tried many other hotels in the area, but continue to return to the Eldorado.
