Sage Bakehouse - Santa Fe

My wife and I came here on a whim as we wanted breakfast and saw the sign as we were leaving our hotel. We couldn't have picked a better place if we had tried. The egg tartini was so fluffy but crisp around the edges of the bread and the cheese was so flavorful too. The highlight was definitely the blueberry muffin though which tasted so different from any other blueberry muffin I've had but in an amazing way. It's sweet but not too sweet, it's crispy on top but soft and moist in the middle and the flavor is just wow. If we lived nearby this would be a staple for sure!!

Absolutely a must visit. The pastries are fantastic, staff is friendly (and has great recommendations) and was diligent with a friend’s allergies. We also loved the friendly environment everyone stopping in knew each other, the staff knew them and was up to date on each other’s lives. 10/10!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The food, pastries, and bread all delish had an avo tartine, apple tart, Sammies to go for our flight home, and drip coffee . Prices were fair, service was quick, polite, professional not always a guarantee right now, as staffing shortages impact many restaurants and cafes. They give you cloth napkins !! , real salt and pepper grinder, nice silverware... Such lovely touches for a cafe at this price point. Sad we ate here on our last morning in Santa Fe, but would recommend highly to anyone visiting from the clientele here it's clear it's already a popular spot with locals!!

Political staff and good open face sandwiches. The espresso was also good. I liked the ambience because it didn't feel very fancy and pleasant. Sitting is a bit limited when you're busy. Vanilla Danish was decent, though a bit dry. Avocado ham sandwich was good, but the ham was a bit chewing and bread slightly roasted for my pleasure, but not burned. Avocado and scrambled sandwich was excellent. All 5 stars

Fantastic friendly service! The ambience is very cozy and charming. We ordered a turkey sand, tuna pesto panini and tomato tar. The turkey sand that was good, but lacked in turkey. I think there was a way when mustard or sauce, but could use more to make it moist. The Tuna Panini was very good. The bread was very crispy and crispy as a panini should be. The tomato tardiness was okay. Presentation was pretty, but not really jumping to me. Overall, very friendly service and great bread! Definitely over.
