Sabor Peruano - Santa Fe

We ordered the vegan spinach and cheddar empanadas and the vegan lomo salteado. The empanadas were on the small side for the price and came with limp iceberg lettuce. The lomo salteado was tasty, but at $17 USD, the portion size was small.

I got the seitan and really enjoyed it. They had several options and the server was very helpful and kind.

I really enjoy the separate vegan menu at this restaurant, which offers a wide variety of delicious options. One of my favorite dishes is the Santa Fe. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

This is a mix of a restaurant and store. They have a separate vegan menu with items like the vegan lomo saltado which was yummy or the stuffed avocado that we enjoyed. They gave us a vegan menu without prices, so either ask or look it up on their online menu. They only give you the total at the end, not the itemized bill. It seemed a few dollars high, but not sure.

We ordered the "Lomo" Saltado (seitan, fries, rice), Causa Relleno Limeña (a layered potato dish), Chicha Morada (a fruit drink), and Mazamorra Morada (a fruit dessert) at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious and not overly salty or sweet. The quality of the food is outstanding. This was one of the best vegan dishes I have ever had. I highly recommend it, I rate it 10/10!! I visited today and plan on going back one more time before leaving Santa Fe.
