El Parasol - Santa Fe

Great service. Delicious breakfast burritos with lots of eggs, sausage, cheese sauce. We returned everyday while we were in the area.

The food was fantastic! Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. After we placed our order, we waited at least 30 minutes for our meals. The most frustrating part was that there were hardly any customers—only about 6 to 8 people. The overall atmosphere was quite uncomfortable.

*Edit:* After trying the food, I was very disappointed. It was not good at all!

IVisited this place for the first time and everything was fantastic! The staff provided excellent service, and the chips and salsa were delicious. The steak chicharrones burritos are a must-try! We will definitely return to sample more of the menu. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of our burritos, but I did snap one of the chips and salsa!

One of the better fast casual meals I've ever had. I obviously don't have pictures of our tacos, but I'll share my one-year-old home and beans. all Tacos and Salsas were excellent and perfectly seasoned. It's a shame my husband doesn't like avocado because the chicken was so tender. A great place!
