Chow's Asian Bistro - Santa Fe

We ordered takeout on Christmas Eve, and I opted for sesame tofu and vegetable chow fun. The sesame tofu was the best I’ve ever had! The tofu was perfectly fried and of high quality, and the sauce was both delicious and spicy. I wasn't a huge fan of the chow fun noodles, as they were a bit too thin and some were slightly hard, but the vegetables and sauce were fantastic. There were a few hiccups with pickup due to the restaurant being overwhelmed with DoorDash orders, but my order was correct, and the wait was definitely worth it. This is the best Chinese food I’ve had so far in Santa Fe!

The Chinese food here is quite tasty! I really enjoyed the shrimp fried rice and the baby pork ribs.

This is a lovely Chinese restaurant with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food.

My family went here for Christmas Eve while visiting Santa Fe. The potstickers and the General Tso chicken were both good and the service was great.

We stopped in on a busy Friday night. They got us in right away. They guy at the front was literally running around checking people out, bussing tables, taking orders, delivering food. Really admired his work ethic. He was holding the place down and doing an awesome job. Food is so good. Cozy atmosphere.
