Chili's Grill - Santa Fe

Although the lounge was closed, we enjoyed our meal times, the chips and salsa were fresh and tasty, and the icy were perfect! we come back. the photo shows the garnelen krabben alfredo with red paprika and parmkäse.

Super short staffed for Saturday lunch.....BUT our waitress, wish I had got her name, was WONDERFUL! Bless her heart. Food was great.

Food was great waitress was horrible. Honestly would not have left a tip it was that bad. She left it drinks empty the whole time never spoke once to us. We wired to ask for to go boxes never came. Lucky we could pay on the table kiosk. Then walked out the door and she was hanging out with friends smoking a cigarette. If the food wasn't so good it would've been a1 star.

The only reason I ever went was because of their great happy hour deals. But they removed the Southwest egg rolls completely and they no longer have $3.75 double well drinks. Much better local places in Santa Fe for HH

Service could have been better. Waited at the door for about 10 minutes before being sat. The waitress loved to blame the customer. I have waitressed for a long time and always owned up to my errors. Everything was corrected but service was slow in general. We love Chili's but a first not having great service. We have visited a lot of Chili's restaurants too. Whoever was running out our food, that was corrected was great! He needs a raise, very apologetic for the errors made! I usually only leave positive reviews. Maybe our waitress was just having an off night. We still left a great tip against my husband's liking. If we came back to the area I would give them another try.
