I recommend trying the local sand dabs, which are a specialty of the house. Overall, the owners are friendly and welcoming, though the ambiance isn't traditional.

We went back recently and met the beautiful and sweet woman. The food was amazing again and we were blessed to get a look that she shared in the heart, in the soul and in the passion that they have for this restaurant. I love to support this kind of people! Our first experience was totally brilliant! The food is absolutely everything we were looking for. My mother is a retired food scientist and is very hard to eat with restaurants. They even enjoyed the delicious homemade gooey cinnamon roll, the 4 of us divided and barely finished. She wanted to go back before she left, but unfortunately she had no time. The server was sweet and shy, the owner is the cook and took our order. He has a funny star quirky sense of humor, and his wife has fun with decor and offers a small selection of her collection for sale. This is a charming, independent farmhouse run by a husband and wife duo. The service was outstanding in every way. The home-cooked meals are phenomenal, made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. I absolutely love this place and will keep coming back... Booya day!
