Cool with the lights and all, but a little expensive

A lot of fun, kids love it and now that I rewired their ac units it is very comfortable

Planning the Party: PRO: Booking the party online was very easy. CON: Despite numerous calls and emails, it was difficult to arrange for special food accommodations. I finally spoke to a coworker the day before the party. FOOD: PRO: It was easy to request gluten-free pizza and juice/water instead of regular pizza and soda. They allowed an additional $50 fee to serve carrot sticks with the pizza for the children. They also agreed to serve the children outside for added COVID safety. CON: The person in charge of the pizza needed help cooking the gluten-free option. The seating area was not set up properly, and the children had to eat inside. Security: PRO: I was concerned about child safety and chose ReadySetGlow because they have a party leader to monitor the children. Despite the cost, the security measures were worth it. CON: One of our guests fell and injured themselves on exposed metal edges. Paramedics had to be called, and the person required staples for their head wound. The staff did not have a first aid kit on hand. Afterthoughts: PRO: The paramedics in Santa Cruz were efficient and our guest received a free t-shirt. Most children had a great time. CON: The exposed metal edges were still not covered the next day, posing a risk for other children. In conclusion: It is important to ensure that safety measures are in place before hosting a party at ReadySetGlow. Despite these concerns, the new owner has assured that changes will be made to improve safety protocols. We may consider returning for a party in the future if these issues are addressed.
