If it had been for the coffee and the chocolate parcel I could have even given 4 stars, but the dated environment and above all the girl behind the counter who was not at all professional leads me to give a total of 1 star. It is not polite and acceptable to leave a customer for several minutes waiting to be served because you intend to chat with a guy about your personal things. Then you are finally served, but with a disinterest and listlessness that does not allow for justifications. Finally, it is not acceptable for toilets to be unavailable because they say they are broken.
