Starbucks - Santa Clarita

This is the SECOND time this has happened. It only happens at this particular location. I was over the moon and back that they put this shopping center here in our area, the shops are convenient even more thrilled that my favorite coffee spot was here. I am ALLERGIC to cows milk..... we are talking 2 sips and I am on the toilet ... coming out all ends!!!!!! The first time they used cows milk instead of oatmilk I chalked it up to an honest mistake, they were super busy and I just dealt with my bodies reaction! This time, today, they were completely dead inside, the teenagers were obviously working for some extra cash and I completely said OATMILK please.... It's even on the cup!!!! I drank 3 sips , barely even made it all the way home before my stomach started turning and crunching, I have been on the toilet for 30 minutes (even as i write this) because the lack of attention to detail is ANNOYING at this point. If you don't have a food allergy then bypass this comment BUT IF YOU DO!!!! We might have to use allergen strips before eating at this location. I am now 1 hour behind for what I had planned for this evening because I'm dealing with a allergy flare because some kid was more worried about school drama than my OATMILK replacement ‍

Fast service friendly employees. This place is clean and big. Good for meeting and hanging out. I watched their employees making drinks. They are fast and know what they are doing.. looks organized. The employees here are friendly too. The Drive thru line sometimes looks long but it moves fast. Breakfast sandwiches usually sell out quick so come early. Parking is gigantic.

Great Starbucks staff and location! Always have a great experience, drive thru is super fast and the staff is so friendly. Will keep coming back!

OKAY LETS TALK ABOUT GABBIE! She is absolutely amazing! Provided me with the best service. I'm pretty sure she's a managers but we always fail to recognize our managers because that's what they are suppose to be doing. She needs to be recognized a lot. It was my last day at Santa Clarita, I quit my job and leaving my home tomorrow. I was a little emotional and was just getting a cup of coffee to finish cleaning up my room. She made my whole night! I don't need to go to Santa Clarita anymore but if I do I will come to get service from Gabbie. I hope everyone gets to meet her and just see the type of service she brings! Thank you Gabbie.

This Starbucks locations literally down the street it is so inconvenient it is so fast and I love how all the employees are so sweet so nice so cut they all know me you know what I like to order it makes it so much simple Stickley view somethings wrong if it's the right away no problem I love coming to the Starbucks as always
