Rattler's B Que - Santa Clarita

I appreciate Rattler's for several reasons. First and foremost, I love its location, conveniently situated on the route to or from Antelope Valley. Ample parking is definitely a bonus. The food here is consistently delicious, which keeps me coming back. When I dine alone, I enjoy sitting at the bar to catch a game, sip on a draft beer, and take in all the activity happening in the kitchen. Additionally, Rattler's operates their takeout service very professionally. Having been in business for a while, it has garnered a strong following in Santa Clarita.

The happy hour menu is excellent. I typically enjoy some draft beer along with a few rattleritas. We also order food, and it usually totals under $50. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and they eventually get to know you.

If you love meat, this place is a paradise! There's an incredible amount of it, to the point where I feel a bit overwhelmed. The food here is excellent— the mashed potatoes are delicious, the beans are tasty, and everything seems well taken care of, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The ambiance is pleasant too; the roof, ceiling, tables, and even the lamps all add to the experience. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, and I give it a perfect 10/10!

Rattler offers a spacious terrace and an inviting indoor dining area. The garlic rolls are served right away, and the food is exceptional. On weekends, even with a long waitlist, the wait time isn't too lengthy. Please note that the salad bar is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. The grill is impressive, too!
