They really focus on online orders, but it takes a long time to get service in-store. I waited about 20 minutes just for a regular coffee. It would be great if they could prioritize in-store customers. Besides, the takeout orders just end up sitting there for a long time anyway.
The staff is fantastic, but the management is off-putting. I accidentally overheard the manager lecturing an employee, who was actually doing a great job, in an incredibly condescending manner about "customer connection." It was cringeworthy. All I want is my coffee; I'm not looking for a friendship. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work in such an atmosphere. The vibe in this place is overwhelming and reminiscent of a stereotypical "white suburban mom." I truly feel for the minimum wage workers who have to endure being micromanaged by difficult customers. The food and drinks here are better than at other locations, but I'm not sure I can handle the overall environment.

We visited today to order a nitro cold brew, but unfortunately, the staff were not attentive to our order. Instead, they handed us a regular cold brew and charged us for the nitro version. We only realized this when we went to pick it up. The staff were unprofessional and seemed indifferent about the mistake, casually mentioning that they were out of nitro cold brew. We ended up having to ask for a refund. This was definitely not the typical Starbucks experience, and we will not be returning to this location.
