Panera Bread - Santa Clara

I wouldn't recommend paying nearly $5 for a bagel that was sloppily thrown into a bag with packaged cream cheese and a dirty, wrapped knife. However, the guy at the register was very friendly and nice.

I love the Broccoli cheddar cheese soup, turkey sandwich, and chips at this restaurant! And don't forget to try the Lemonade with strawberry mint - it's delicious! Join the Sip Club for even more tasty drinks.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, I had a couple of issues with my recent order. Unfortunately, they were out of the soup I had requested, and no one from the restaurant contacted me to inform me of this. I was only made aware of the situation when I arrived to pick up my order and my husband had to inquire about it. The staff member behind the counter did not apologize for the inconvenience until after my husband had expressed his frustration. This lack of communication and customer service made this particular visit a disappointment, and I would rate it a 3 out of 10. Despite this, if they can consistently provide me with the correct size of iced coffee that I ordered, they would receive a perfect 10 out of 10. Overall, there is room for improvement in their communication and customer service.

Panera is basically a great bakery. They have varieties of breads and pastries, coffee ?, teas, sandwiches, Pizza, and soups. Great for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Probably this is the worst Panera location ever. In multiple aspects. Hard to put them all down. Let me put down just one thing. Today my order is more than 30 minutes late than supposed time. And it's still not here.
