Ordered on phone and this was the *regular chizza* they gave me. Split into 2 pieces like the *small chizza*. We already got home so we tried calling them but no one answered.

The customer service is awesome. Even when they get difficult customers they always keep a smile on their face. I come here once a month for my 2 youngest children. I would recommend it!

So, you know the big sign by the drive thru? The one where it says if they don't give you your receipt, you get a free meal? Yeah, they don't honor that.Do you know that if you want a refund on your meal, and pay by card, they don't do that? Nobody at that location is authorized process a refund if you pay by card.So, if you patronize this business please be sure to always use cash.

I used to stop by but since I've become disabled, I have to order from doordash. The last 3 weeks I've had to get refunds thru customer support. Week 1 was regular, not extra crispy. Week 2, we got 1 thigh and 7 drumsticks. It was supposed to be 4 and 4. Week 3 was regular not extra crispy again. Grr. Shoukd I get chicken from Popeyes?

I ordered ahead and they did not even prepare the order. Until I came and waited for an extra 15 mins.
