Hironori Craft Ramen - Santa Clara

I went here on a Saturday and thought it was going to be busy. It was not. I put my name down and was seated, waiting for 5 minutes. I got the tonkatsu ramen with the crispy rice spicy tuna. It's a chill environment. They also let you know they charge a service fee before you order. I thought that was nice to know in the beginning. Not a lot of places would do that.

June 2023 Pretty solid. Easy to get reservations via Yelp, we stopped in for dinner since ramen in Sonoma Co is pretty lacking. Service was quick, helping with any questions that we had. They would check in frequently, and water refills were good despite it being pretty busy. My partner had gotten the tonkotsu ramen, I ordered the vegan ramen with an egg added, and we got the chicken karaage to share. For both ramen, the flavors worked well. The tonkotsu broth had a good richness to it. The noodles had good bite. The vegan ramen I liked the temperature of the broth, tho I wanted a bit more richness from it. The amount of veggies in the dish was nice. The flash fried broccolini worked quite well with it. The chicken karaage was nice and crispy with good seasoning to boot. All in all, worth the stop in before our trip. Service was probably the best part of this I'd say.

Food was great. We very much enjoyed the ramen and crispy chicken. Also, their freshly made Arnold Palmer's were the best I've ever had. Will def stop there again when in the area and craving ramen. Oh and make a reservation if you can. If not you could be waiting a while. They don't have a lot of seating in the restaurant.

HiroNori was one of my favorite ramen restaurants to order take-out from during SIP. The tonkotsu and shoyu were both great, but my favorite is the tonkotsu. I got the thin noodles this time around, and they were more soft/soggy then I prefer. I remember the thick noodles being more firm. We also for the crispy chicken and salmon poke. They were okay. The rice in the poke was pretty wet(? . The texture felt off. Overall, enjoyable and delicious ramen. The staff were very attentive and kind.

I've always had a strong desire to visit this place, thanks to the fantastic reviews I've heard from both friends and family. Finally, I had the opportunity to come here, and I was pleasantly surprised to find ample parking and comfortable seating, which can be lacking in some other ramen places that close in the middle of the day. The pork buns were absolutely delicious, and the Shoyu ramen lived up to the hype. The cucumber salad was particularly impressive. However, the vegan ramen was just okay in my opinion. This is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone who loves ramen!
