Din Tai Fung - Santa Clara

This is the best of Taiwanese food. They are world famous. I had eaten in the original, the first Din Tai Fung in Taipei, and also had it all over the world, even in Sydney, Dubai, Bangkok, etc. They always have a look at the kitchen right on the front to let people see how their food was made. Apart from that it is very tasty and obsessed with the use of the freshest ingredient. They are usually in a stylish venue with excellent staff who will meet you every need. It is Taiwanese food best... You have to try. And good luck making a reservation as they are usually very crowded for obvious reasons.

Ryan, our server was on the spot. I'm not so impressed. He was excellent. who brought us to our table .. came over very polite and friendly.a plus for the restaurant .. thanks to them for us..and Ryan to Your Food: was very fresh. I liked all this an excellent job. I'll be a returning customer to you and your staff

The only reason why you don't try their food is because you can't reserve it. XLB is a must and everyone knows that. Also the fried pork chop over the fried rice is very good. I had her drink at Vegas location and also worthy to try.

I love this place! The atmosphere is incredible and the waiting staff is very knowledgeable and polite. This doesn't even touch how amazing the food is here! The food came soon after our order and is always amazing quality. A warning: getting the line can be quite long, so book a reservation or make sure you get into the restaurant with a lot of time to save before you want to eat. Waiting is worth it!

We had such a good experience! I was able to reserve online a couple weeks before we went. All the staff members were super nice! We got the mango and lychee slush with bobas in the mango slush. The cucumber salad was very refreshing. The pork XLB was so delicious! We were contemplating getting another tray of those. The veggie and pork buns were our least favorite item. It was lacking in flavor but still not too bad. The noodle in the spicy sauce was also one of our favorite items. We also got the veggie and pork wontons in spicy sauce but again the veggie and pork filling is lacking flavor. We finished off our meal with the chocolate mocha XLB and they were delicious! Can?t wait to go back!
