Some cashiers at Costco seem to prioritize speed over quality service, and this approach can be frustrating. Whenever I buy bananas or other delicate fruit, I've noticed that cashiers and their assistants tend to toss the bananas into the cart first, followed by a heavy box that inevitably crushes them. After spending time selecting bananas with the least bruising, this can be quite disheartening. I politely asked one of the helpers to be more careful in the future, but she glanced at my cart for just two seconds, mumbled an insincere “sorry,” and hurried away. If the roles were reversed and she had experienced her own fragile items being roughly handled after spending $250 to $400 on groceries, perhaps she would show more consideration. Costco management, I urge you to train your staff to load heavier items into the cart first, followed by fragile items like soft fruit, ensuring they are placed gently at the top.

Sooooooo Costco pizza is delicious, along with the churros, don't get me wrong! The food tasted delicious, but wearing gloves and not changing them as you take someone's money and then touch their food is quite disgusting to me. This particular employee was only protecting their own hands and not the safety of the customers, which I realize the employee does not know or care about. Perhaps they need to go over food management and do a set up similar to Togos where they have one cashier and one person handling food. Just an idea. The food tasted delicious, but I was a little grossed out and had I not been the first customer to receive my food, I will not be going back. I will drive to South San Jose or Alameden Valley and get pizza there.

Excellent value. I would appreciate it if there were one or two additional healthy food options on the menu. Unfortunately, the paper straws become nearly unusable if a drink is left in the cup for more than ten minutes; they get stained and start to dissolve. When I tried to use a paper straw for my mocha freezer, it fell apart within minutes, and I had to request another straw to finish my drink.

This is a solid costco court. You have ordered kiosks to optimize the order. The food served it is the same as what you expect at Costco Food Courts, including pizza, chicken sandwiches, churros, fruit mud, frozen coffee, refreshments and soft ice cream. It's nice to see the amount of calories in any menu option so you can make an informed decision. There is nothing special that distinguishes this place from any other.
