Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Clara

Sooo I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! This location is pretty good always consistent with quality! Staff is super friendly and attentive! My only concern is if they can train the new staff to properly roll the burritos other then that they get my 5 !!

Worst chipotle location in the existence of chipotle.-3 separate times their ice machine doesn’t work. 3 SEPERATE TIMES SPANNING 3 WEEKS-often their staff doesn’t know how to keep up with demand and is constantly lacking ingredients. Just right now they are out of like half of their ingredients.-management here clearly doesn’t know how to organize training or how to run a storeJust close this location already chipotle. The people here hate working there and clearly management is incompetent

I ordered a chicken salad but received the food like this!? Where are the greens, only 5 tiny pieces of romaine? Not the first time here, and other locations have good portion. Why the food preparation not standardized?

AWFUL! When I received my bowl, it was nearly empty, and I ordered guacamole, but they only added a tiny amount to one side. Since guacamole is a $3 extra, I expected more than what they provided. I am shocked by how poor this experience was. I'm usually quite patient, but I ordered ahead and my meal was ready 15 minutes later than promised, and I received almost nothing. It honestly feels like I was robbed.

I love Mexican food, and this restaurant is my go-to spot whenever I'm looking for a quick bite.
