Mcdonald's - Santa Barbara

Update The McDs app is super easy to use and an easy way to place orders and earn points for free food! I am definitely a love it!!! Ah. Not yet a fan of some of the last happy food toys, the newspaper the Jenga game was another mistake, but the Battleship Post-it 's were pretty cool! Fast 5 stars... Fast friendly service, fresh hot pommes on request, COVID complies staff and customers (each wore masks), very clean restaurant,Yay! McD's Corporate Big Perücks, what about the stupid happy food toy or rather paper coloring poster... You have to explain to a toddler! It torn before he finished his nuggets! Sorry, no fan.

Went here after going to the zoo in Santa Barbara. The food was great, but the restaurant was a little dirty. Our table was sticky, so it hadn't been cleaned. But the kids still had fun and we were pretty happy.

Not too bad at this location. Decent time and I got what I ordered.

I was actually surprised at the decor inside this Mc. D'S. I'm not the hugest fan or customer of Mc Donald's but when I had to go inside this one, I was literally thinking what a nice job they did with the interior design of it. It was a bit chaotic but not a huge deal for me.

This location seems to be under newer management, yet still feels chaotic...even during slow periods and fully staffed. Food temperatures vary, as they start bagging your food in a cold area, and add items as they are ready. If you need sauces (good luck! , napkins, etc., it is almost impossible to get the staff to acknowledge your existence, let alone converse with you. On my last visit, I ordered through the app for counter pickup, and even though I waited 7 min before entering, I still had to wait another 18 minutes for my order (which was 4 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries . This McDonald's location is consistent with the cleaning, and even when busy, looks polished and tidy.
