Perfect breakfast spot. This was the original home of Sambo’s and the last one that closed- remaining in the family. As past mgt in Sambos in Des Moines , Cedar Rapids, Reno and Lake Tahoe I’ve tried for many years to get to this location. Staff was great. Location was great
The food here are good. The mini muffins are the best! Close by the beach, if you want enjoy a Sunday day view
Formally Sambos, opened in 1957 and been in business since, Chads is the anchor of Cabrillo Blvd. Breakfast/Brunch is fantastic. Expect a line most anytime of the year, because it's so damn good. Dog friendly (outdoor seating) to boot. Enjoy!
It's recommended by Ben and many others, so don't overthink and try it.
