Bree'osh Bakery Cafe Montecito

We ordered a croissant and a chocolatine (chocolate croissant) to enjoy with a French baguette and two coffees. The pastries, bread, and coffee were all delightful, just what you’d expect from a quality bakery in France—aside from the prices. But since we’re in California, the prices are typical for the area. Overall, I would say it offers a good quality-to-price ratio.

The pastries here are exceptional, especially the croissants and bread. The lattes are delicious too. The only downside is the parking situation and the lack of restrooms.

The restaurant was good, but I found it a bit on the pricier side for what was offered. Many of the dishes felt like elevated avocado toast. However, I did enjoy nearly everything I tried, although I found the breakfast sandwich to be somewhat lacking in depth of flavor. I would definitely consider returning for the loaded tartine, though!

Fantastic croissants and baked goods! Would rate higher, but no bathroom. Serving coffee with no bathroom seems wrong.

The Avocado Tartine tasted as good as it looked. Getting it to go was easy but next time I would ask for them to cut it in quarters for a little easier eating on the go.
