Backyard Bowls - Santa Barbara

Smoothies are awesome!! Everything is a bit expensive but worth it since everything they use is fresh and real fruit ingredients. They also generally substitute anything in their bowls or smoothies if you ask, so that’s a plus! There can be long wait times on the weekends, so if you’re in a rush I’d call ahead!

Cute little shop in the shopping center. Ordered a Hercules with spinach added and a Supergreen. Location was very clean and not packed at all. They also do online ordering if you want to order ahead which is nice.

Quick, friendly service. I got the large island bowl for $11.95, and I couldn’t finish it. It’s huge (32oz). Flavor and texture is average but the size makes up for it. Maybe it’s because I just went to Oahu and all the bowls there are now my standard to go by. Nothing beats Açaí bowls from Hawaii. Still, this is a good corner shop to go to. Good vibes!

Good acai bowls...getting pretty pricy. Servers are not terribly friendly

The acaï bowls were delicious. It's too bad the place is so noisy because of the blenders you can't hear yourself speak. There is also no shade for the outside seating so that's not an option. Overall, good place for takeout !
