While this place is known for its drowned sandwiches, every time I visit this hidden gem of a food truck, I always go for the fried tacos with beans and carnitas. These tacos are amazing. They are fried and can be filled with beans, ricotta cheese, or potatoes. I also order them "sencillos," which means they will be topped with a very mild salsa and delicious marinated sliced white onions. The best part of ordering this way is that they won't be drowned in their famous spicy sauce.
The food was extremely tasty and the service was excellent.
