Sharetea - Santa Ana

I love going there! The whole group of workers in this specific place are very nice and efficient. Thank you guys!!!

Got the mango green milk tea drink with boba and the drink was just okay.. It was pretty overpriced and the boba wasn't sweet at all and tasted like nothing. The drink was thick and syrupy although flavor was decent. Overall not worth the price though.

One afternoon while I was walking home, I wanted to have a cool drink. So I went to the nearest boba store and I was greeted by the cutest girl with bangs and glasses. She asked me how my day was and I of course told her that it was nice. She diligently made my drink (Hokkaido milk tea with pearls and eighty percent sweetness with less ice) and I have never felt this cared for in my years of living in Santa Ana. Good work. I hope to see this young girl in the workforce once more.

I tried giving this place multiple chances, but it just isn't a good experience. The only good experience I had was when the male manager was there. Today, the incompetent cashier (didn't see her name) wasted five minutes because she didn't know how to replace the receipt roll. Should be basic skills you learn on the job. I didn't have much time left on my break because of that.

This place has quality ingredients and recipes but unfortunately it's always a hit or miss with the staff. I've visited once where two teenage boys made everybody's drinks and left them on the counter while they talked about random stuff before giving everybody their already made drinks 5 minutes later once they had melted a bit. I then returned earlier this week and this time it was two female employees who quickly made one of the most solid boba drinks I've ever had.
