Santa Buffet Grill - Santa Ana

I called an order in and the lady obviously didn't get it right. After my meal of 14.00 I had to go in and get an additional 9.00 of food. The manager did nothing positive to try and resolve the problem . Also they list 5 dollar bowls on the websitebut when you go in they are 7.00 dollars . Very disappointing

The customer service at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The older woman at the register had a really unpleasant attitude. I've never been to a Waba Grill where they only gave me one container of Waba sauce that was barely a third full, and then made it difficult to get more or told me it would cost extra! I wouldn’t recommend coming here—you might end up feeling let down.

The total cost was about $18 per person, including tax. We dined there on a Tuesday when the restaurant was relatively empty. Despite the lack of customers, the food was remarkably fresh. There were approximately 30 dishes available, featuring seafood, sushi rolls, various cakes, and ice cream. Overall, all the dishes were delightful and offered great value for the price we paid.
