Pizza Hut - Santa Ana

Customer service was on the spot as it should have, had my pizza cut through this wonderful teenage girl who was really pretty, the workers I would definitely go back?

Since I was a little boy my mom and dad use to take me to Pizza Hut in Fontana , Ca. We’re that had little T.V.’s on the table back in the 70’s. The pizza was good then and the pizza in Santa Ana, Ca. I great now. Stuffed crust My FAVORITE!!

I enjoy pizza hut and today wanted to celebrate my 2 year old daughter bday and order pizza hut almost $100. I place the order on the app and wanted plain breadsticks and I went to pick up the order and told the cashier could you please make sure they are plain. I get home and we start eating and breadsticks are not plain. Disappointed because I places a big order and something went wrong when I actually called and when I went to pick up they told me they were plain. Food also was kinda cold. Not a good pizza hut experience

I asked for bacon and jalapenos on my pizza and there was barely any bacon pieces on my pizza. As for the jalapenos they put a lot of the end part (stem part) of th jalapenos, in which they were very hard and inedible.

I placed an online order and paid by credit card. I had the BookIt deal for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks for $25.99. However, when I arrived, the restaurant said I owed an additional $17 for an unknown reason. I showed them my receipt which confirmed the correct amount, but the staff was unable to resolve the issue. They suggested I speak to a manager but I didn't have time, so I paid the extra amount and left. There are many pizza places around, so I will likely not return to this particular one. Thank you, Pizza Hat, for a disappointing end to my dining experience.
