Panda Express - Santa Ana

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I spent nearly $40 on a small portion of orange chicken and just three shrimp. It felt like a total waste of money. I won't be returning, and I suggest others really think twice before dining here.

Do not order food from this restaurant. They consistently forget part of your order, and getting a refund is nearly impossible. The customer service is terrible. It's frustrating when they blame the delivery service, but it's clear that they are the ones responsible for the mistakes—after all, the delivery person isn't the one packing the food! DoorDash did nothing to help either. It's a complete waste of money! Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to eat!

I'm not sure if it was the owner or the server, but when I asked for a little more rice, she barely gave me half a spoonful and had a really bad attitude. To make matters worse, she was laughing with her coworkers while I was there. This was honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. They've raised their prices and cut down on portion sizes?

We bought two deer combos I was motherly counted a piece of meat on a beef bacoli side that I got 4 pieces of chicken mushroom chicken and my little two year old son food had a little red dry piece dry Chile in his food wow this the worst Panda Express I've ever been...

I?m only giving 1 star since that?s the lowest possible rating, 0 isn?t an option. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bowl with Broccoli Beef, and I was so disappointed to see that there was literally one bite of meat throughout l the whole bowl. Now that?s just carelessness. Pretty upset that I paid for a bowl of noodles and broccoli. To make things worse, when I called the store to inform the manager, (Jose, the manager on duty), simply said Thank you and immediately hung up the phone on me without even so much as offering an apology, very unprofessional. I?m not sure why I expected anything different. We?re paying fast good workers as much as people that go to school to learn trades and they can?t even scoop food into a container properly? Super disappointed with the quality of the food (also, egg rolls were mushy) and the customer service was terrible!!! 0 stars from me.! Don?t recommend and will never return ?
