It's an excellent area for Darkwave subgenre; Dormence has great venues there. They have amazing bartenders. The location is also excellent.
I bought tickets to see transmetal and leprosy, on November 2022, it was postponed to December 2022 but the band never showed and the venue never kept updated any news
Not a bad spot for music, please keep bringing reggae and real hip hop to this venue
Great place and awesome sound. Drinks are on the expensive side, though.
