Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Ana

The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly!

This restaurant is a nice and comfortable spot to visit. In my experience with Chipotles, I noticed that some of the in-house toppings seemed to be improved. I’m not a food critic, but I was willing to give it a shot. The grilled onions and peppers were fresh and flavorful, and the steak was just as good. Given that it was a slower time of day, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the food appeared. However, personally, I don’t find a strong reason to return, especially since some Chipotles have a reputation for inconsistency.

I really honestly and truly want to love this food because it has so much potential but I Cannot get past the fact that every single time I order a burrito bowl its cold. there's cold food on my hot food and the hot foods not hot To begin with... And because of that I just don't like it. I understand that sour cream guacamole is gonna be cold however if the food is hot then that tastes good but if the food is mediocre and you're putting cold food on mediocre everything turns cold it's not my favorite place I've been there 3 times in my life and I don't like it.

This so-called Chipotle has extremely rude staff. This was my first time ordering from Chipotle, and I won't be returning. I spent $28 on two steak bowls, but the lettuce wasn’t washed at all—I ended up chewing on dirt. I thought I had a piece of steak, but it turned out to be a chunk of fat. I'm very disappointed with the food.

Clean and friendly staff. Food is as good as other Chipotle locations.
