Chase Bar & Grill - Santa Ana

We are local family santa barbara who have enjoyed chase for many years. we were always very satisfied with quality, quantity and service!

Eating is always excellent! chicken piccata is all the time favorites!

It was bad and went to the hill. my wee must have been back in the bottle, it was bitter and tasty. so replaced by another wein. the evening meal took approx. 75 minutes to come and the restaurant was not packed, but seemed to be short staff. our dinners came. of the 6, 5 were hot. I was cold. I sent it back. it came back as others were mostly done just to realize that they reheated my previous, so that now the huh was so hard that they can't cut it. terrible. we never refilled water. had to ask other employees for help when our waiter was mia. the waiter apologized, not his fault. but I don't eat what he brought, so he made another dessert. it was so dry. not good. all in our time as a family was invaluable, but this restaurant would be one that I would not go back.

We were hungry, and wanted it to be good. They told us off the bat that they were out of bread because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The food was just OK and seemed overpriced for what it was. I hate leaving bad reviews but it really was way less than we expected. They eventually did bring bread, but it was cold and at the end of the meal. We found it interesting that they had bread that we could purchase, but didn’t have free bread for the table. The meal was pricey, considering the quality. We left feeling that we would definitely not eat there again.

The waiter was rude, nobody came to our table for 30 minutes. We never even got water glasses. We ended up leaving absolutely horrible
