Cattlemens - Santa Ana

We have never had such a bad meal of cattlemens. usually wonderful for delivery, but not last night. calamari saw and tasted as if it were 3 hours old, beyond hard and dry, lobster **** was simply ok, but the butter with it was diluted with something, cheeseburger was marginal, but dreadfully overcooked and they forgot one of the sides ordered. for what we have paid, we will think twice about ordering the delivery of them.

We are from the east coast and have our three year old grandchild babysitting, so we did not want to definitiw any fine restaurants. there were other families with children, so we felt comfortable. our server was attentive and eating was very good.

We start with the service. carla the manager was also very accommodating. She didn't wait to get me a table. she uses a big table, although I didn't need one. my waitress lisa is such a sweet heart. she is very fast and nice. the food is great and the part is enormous (texas style.) so hungry.

My food came out great. A friend ineas withs steak was overdone and took a very long time to be recooked. Server seemed overwhelmed. Good food and atmosphere, maybe just an off night
