Incredible food pricey but worth every penny fantastic waitress Maria went above and beyond and made our night so memorable we took our 10 year old son wasn’t sure how it would be, its safe to say he was blown away the staff made him feel very comfortable especially the trip down to the secret caves. A must visit and if you are child free the party starts after dinner great place!

We had a great night here . It is a pretty venue up in the hills. We had reserved a table in advance for the ‘All Day I dream’ night. The staff were really friendly and very attentive. The food is very expensive but we knew that in advance. We knew There was a minimum spend of 100 Eurs per person which was easily reached … E.g. starter of guacamole was 28 Eurs, sea bass with a salad was 75 Eurs, desert was 20 Eurs, Gin and tonics were 20 Eurs …. You get the picture! This is not an average restaurant in ibiza. But it was an amazing experience and a real treat to be able to eat our meal overlooking the dance floor, to be able to come back and forth to our restaurant table when we wanted to dance. Ibiza sound regulations are strict so the party moved from the outdoor dance floor to the indoor club about 11pm. That had a really difference vibe…. More like a normal nightclub rather than an outdoors party. The crowd here was really nice very relaxed and friendly and mixed of all ages with all different kinds of attire. There were taxis waiting outside the venue to take us back to our hotel. A really enjoyable evening and a treat!

I have had luck that I was exposed to first class restaurants all over the world, many of them michelin-starred. cova santa offers a 360-degree experience, which undoubtedly reaches these standards. kicking it with a guided tour through the cave that it with frozen appetizers, they will be accompanied up in the main room to begin with a spiritual flowering series of raw dresses, from santoña sardellen to ceviche crossing toro flambé and it with wagyu bark. the personal was both knowledgeable and thoughtful, also 5 stars for them. my only suggestion is about the music. Top-40 tracks by tom jones or dustin jumpfield do not fit entirely into this offer, according to my opinion. that would be said, I recommend this point to all food outs.
