Villa Laura - Sant Feliu de Guíxols

I recently visited this restaurant with the intention of just having a drink, but unfortunately the experience was less than pleasant. The service was definitely below my expectations. The waiters were unfriendly and we felt like we didn't belong here. It's disappointing to see such a lack of welcome and attention to customers. I was hoping to have a good time, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

We were served a small bowl of mayonnaise for dipping in and discovered to our horror that it contained some previous diners French fries... an obvious disregard for hygiene rules and absolutely unacceptable in these times of COVID. All we got was an ‘oops’ and a shrug of the shoulders. Too bad as we used to go regularly, but no more.

Awful service to boot, servers were rude and absent for extended periods. Avoid this place at all costs.

Four of us had lunch here, and all four got SICK afterwards. It seems they don't care about food quality and also try to conseal not very fresh ingredients with a lot of salt and marinade.

Este sitio es increíble, la comida está espectacular y tiene el mejor servicio. Las y los camareros muy majos y simpáticos, además de que la comida no tarda en llegar. Sin duda volvería a repetir aquí.
