Fresh Curry Sans Souci

We began our meal with aloo chops and chicken tikka as appetizers. The chicken was juicy and the aloo chops were crispy and flavorful. For our main dishes, we ordered fish Malabar and paneer masala with tava rotis and naan. We requested both dishes to be prepared with medium spice levels. The paneer had a tangy taste while the fish was slightly spicy but perfectly cooked. The rotis were unique, resembling a homemade style and quite large. The food quality was above average, however, the service was lacking. It seemed like there were not enough cooks or servers present, leaving us unsure of the situation in the kitchen.

The service at this restaurant is disappointingly slow and almost nonexistent. However, I must say that the butter chicken is unexpectedly delicious. It has a rich, sweet, creamy curry that resembles the consistency of orange house paint. It may not be traditional, but the chef definitely knows what they're doing. I suggest getting takeout from this place, being prepared to wait, and ordering the butter chicken with plenty of their freshly made naan bread.

We visited this place tonight after seeing reviews on Tripadvisor. The reviews were few but all of them were good. We started with the chicken tikka and aloo chops. The chicken was spiced well and juicy. The chops are potato tikkis which were crisp and well spiced.For mains we went with fish Malabar and paneer masala along with tava rotis and naan. Both the curries were medium spiced. The fish was soft and a bit hot while the paneer was tangy. The rotis are more like the home made version and quite large. The food was actually really good, the only drawback was the service was a bit slow given we were the only people in the restaurant.

The food really lived up to the name of this great little restaurant. The flavour of the food was so fresh and delicious. We love Indian food but often it tastes the same wherever you go - at Fresh Curry it was just that! Bursting with fresh flavours. We are so lucky to live in the area. It will definitely be a regular from now on.

Wow this is place is the best find. We love Indian and this place is a real find. The food is fresh, tasty a Nd some of the best Indian we have eaten in our travels. The owner cooks everything in the open kitchen so that you can see all the spices being mixed. The Naan bread is light and tasty. The best butter chicken I have ever had and we have had a lot. Prices and BYO make this a cheap night out with great food
