Also for English-speaking customers we had a good experience with iur waitress who spoke minimal English. She was patient and nice. The food was good and authentic. Large beer selection. Portions are good, and you can make the feeling satisfied, but not overly filled. The location is the best part and beautiful.

The place is beautiful, especially the outdoor area. It was surprising that on a day when the rest of the city was completely dead and one could walk without crossings with another soul for kilometers, this restaurant was quite full. This is the kind of neighborhood restaurant that old, worth knowing pensioners make their daily lunch, talking about the quantities of authenticity and the long-term quality of their food. The food was nice (for the German fare), the beverage selection was good. My only handle is the service. I might have been unhappy, but no one seemed too good to speak English, so I had a hard time to order and pay. The absurdity seemed that the waiters avoided my table that made the service slower. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly enough, but really didn't seem to know how to skinned with a big, dark, long haired Mexican, speak English and want to pay with a foreign credit card in their small neighborhood restaurant.

I have eaten here on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure your taken care of. Most them are bilingual and are more then happy to try out their English. They have a nice selection of...wines and beer, even have Guinness on tap. The food is always impeccable from seasonal specials, steaks and traditional German fare. The restaurant is spacious with an old world flare.

... we had 14 classmates yesterday, in a fully occupied local! I was quite surprised how good and fast the service worked and that we didn't have to wait long for the food! Delicious foods and also servings, of which you could get fed! :) soon again, even if only two and everlasting.

Restaurant I can recommend eating good for small money.Very ambitious boss.Little weeping card but everything in it for the correct price
