Gast Haus – Berndt

Good guest house near UYACs (100 m walk) with parking. Old fashion with magnificent view over the lake. Wi-Fi is not present, although so prepared. I bought my own pillow that turned out to be a great idea.

Stay close to quite regular, so we thought for late dinner (8.30 is late in Austria). Friendly waitress, but shockingly rude at the head of the house. Eating fine, but in spite of the high side in terms of prices. Decor and building is beautiful. Avoid!

We loved the rustic, old restaurant, with their feeling of the 18th century and authentic Austrian note. Also very clean and comfortable, excellent food and helpful, friendly, staff. The inn is very well located and easy to reach both by public transport and by car. We recommend it! Tamara and Alex

Sehr schöner gemütlicher Gastgarten! Die Speisekarte ist nicht sehr gross aber für jeden was dabei. Sehr nettes Personal und bisher die rascheste Bedienung. Essen war auch nach gefühlten 5 minuten am Tisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Angenehme Unterkunft und das Essen war überraschend sehr gut! Das Wiener Schnitzel war schlicht perfekt - hier wurde auch Butterschmalz verwendet. Ebenso empfehlenswert ist der fangfrische Fisch. Alleine wegen dem Wiener Schnitzel sollte man einen Umweg machen.
