Dutch Bros Coffee - Sanger

For a real jolt, I recommend trying the icy 911 drink! The service is good, as is the coffee, but be prepared for some long wait times.

I had a great experience using the Drive Through at this restaurant. The staff was prompt in taking my order, even when the line was busy. They were friendly and efficient in processing payments, accepting cash, credit, or debit. The two lanes for ordering merged smoothly into one after orders were taken. I particularly enjoyed the selection of iced coffees on the menu, and even when I forgot to request it blended, it still turned out great.

We have been going to Dutch Bros for years at the Fresno locations, all of them. While we love the coffee it's often inconsistent even when we revisit the same locations, until now. Sanger staff is on point. They always make our drinks the same way no matter who is working or what day it is. The staff is friendly and super fast. I do think since it gets hotter here than in the Midwest, they should have an option to use a speaker box for orders in the summer so the staff isn't dying outside in the sun.

They offer a nurse discount. I fought there with my wife this morning and asked the barista to apply the discount, then I showed her the badge of my wife she says her wife is just a cna. I informed here that I will come this place at least 4 times a week and it's never a problem, we were always able to get the discount. she said well, the others are not aware. the girl was rude. it makes honest that I want to stop going there, that is how much of a b she was all about. but then again I can't blame her for acting like this, I guess I hate my life even if I was just a barista.

I always enjoy the drinks at Dutch Bros. They are a bit pricey and there is a huge line of cars everytime at any Dutch Bros location. Still worth the wait and the money though. Dutch Bros would be 5 stars if they could design their parking lots better and lower their prices on everything a little.
