Carl's Jr. - Sanger

This is definitely the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Every time I visit, the staff is extremely friendly and kind. I have never had a negative experience here and my food has always been delicious and prepared exactly how I ordered it. The customer service here is top-notch and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick meal.

Ordered through the drive through and when she told me the total It seemed very expensive, more then the price on the menu. I asked for the receipt when I payed and looked at my receipt and my order was wrong. They charge me for double patties. I noticeat this Carl?s Jr. they do that a lot. They sell you the double patties or large soda when you only ask for medium and singlepatty. I think they purposely do this since this has happened many times before and I have to correct them when I look at myreceipt. After I told the worker they charged me for double patties instead of single I was told to park in the parking and waitfor them to make another hamburger. Waited forever to receive my order. Went home and my hamburger was not cooked right the meatwas pink inside and the bacon looked raw, the bread wasn?t even toasted sourdough. I had to throw the burger away. I shouldcontact the Health Department for being served not properly cooked meat. The buns on my child?s chicken sandwich were burnt andno extra mayo as I requested extra mayo, only the chicken could be eaten. Waist of money. The accuracy and the quality of thisCarls location has gone down hill. Even when it?s not packed they make so many mistakes.

The restaurant is in a friendly, quiet location with few people making noise. They accepted my coupon without any issues and the staff were not overly attentive. The only downside was that they had a ketchup dispenser but no paper cups. The Wagyu beef cheeseburger tasted great and was cooked perfectly, as were the fries.

We spent $50 on lunch for 3 people and were disappointed that the $8 burger only had a small amount of guacamole, definitely less than 2 tablespoons. The staff was friendly, but overall, the food quality was a huge disappointment.

Been visiting this carls for almost a year now and by far the best around. Consistently fresh food with fast service and nice people. I visit at least 3 times a week and every time is just as good as the last ????????
