Panda Express - Sangamon

They stop making food and hour before close, against panda express policy of 15 minutes. I have complained to the staff and corporate. Orange chicken is sometimes amazing and sometimes complete trash. The Wabash location is excellent and does not do such things.

Went through drive thru. Placed an order at 5:45 pm and was asked to pull around. No biggie. Waited 32 minutes!!! They were not overly busy. I work in fast food this is unacceptable times. We went in twice. 1st time we got the run around 2nd time they said simply oops we forgot you were out there. To add insult to injury they won't refund or try to make it right in anyway. Plus side our order was also wrong. And I don't know how as my husband and I ordered the same thing.

Food is good as usual, portions generous and the staff, excellent! 5-Stars.

Our first time to Panda Express Gal that took our order was great. Food was good untill my husband went to the bathroom and noticed a pile of puke under a wet floor sign. It dribbled onto the bathroom and he said it looked like sombody tried to clean it but it was everywhere. We dumped what was left of or food and left he is trying not to get sick. You can't just leave a pile of puke in your dining room with sign over it. How we didn't miss that walking in..

The food is pretty bland, but the service was great!
