Contribuiți la feedbackI usually enjoy my Marco's pizza. They had one very bad day. The website was not working correctly. It took multiple attempts to get my order to go through. The tracker wasn't working so I just with my bank to see if order had been charged. It had been along with 2 fraudulent attempts. I had to cancel the card because the bank verified it was fraud. I called and asked to speak with manager. That is yet to happen.When the hot pizza arrived over 30 minutes late it was seriously under baked. The pizza wasn't cut all the way. After using a scissors I freed a piece. I picked it up and everything slid off the piece.I have sent multiple complaints to the email address. At first I received automated responses saying I'd hear in 48 hrs. I haven't heard a single word. They had an employee trying to use my card.I think I will go in during dinner hours and let the customers know.I guess if you dine in you might not have a problem.
Absolutely horrible. A couple months ago Marcos was a fantastic place to eat. I don’t know if the old owners sold the place but ever since it been going down hill. There’s a mentally ill worker who takes hours for one pizza. Either hire more employees or close down. Ridiculous get it together.
Just had a delivery order from the Marcos on Iles in Springfield, and the pizza was real, really good. Used to order from them but their quality declined. This was much better. I’m back. Well done!
It's just a cary out pizza place, but I get their pizza a lot. They're always on time, Never been rude, and I can usually find a decent deal online. They don't deliver out where I live (10 minutes away), but they are what you would
Service was horrible very little guy was very big angryPeople were waiting for a hour and called ahead 40 minutes beforeAnd they did not alone me 2 use restroomNever will return here again. Not that Lil guy cares he gets paid anyway..But my reviews go far
