Subway - Sanford

The sandwich was tasty, but I paid an extra $2.00 for bacon and didn’t receive any. I also specifically asked for the Italian herb and cheese bread, but I got plain white instead. After I got home and discovered these errors (which are clearly noted on my receipt), I tried to call the restaurant, but it went straight to an unconfigured voicemail. I think I’ll be choosing one of the other two sub shops in town next time to ensure I get what I paid for.

The staff is very friendly, and they make delicious sandwiches. However, I've noticed that some employees don’t pay attention to special requests. I always order through the app and specifically ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and wrapped separately, but it often isn’t done.

The women's bathroom was out of service, the toaster was not working, and the lettuce looked brown. However, the sandwich artist was friendly, and I managed to get spinach instead of the wilted lettuce, which encouraged us to stay for lunch. It was a bit strange that the lights were dimmed – not sure why that was the case.

Our food was good and the girls were good at their job

Good customer service but no veggie patties which is the reason for going. Also vegetarians and vegans are in sanford and I hope the ower/manger realize this.
