Pei Wei Asian Express - Sanford

I came here because I recently had a terrible experience in the Panda Express. There was no line, they seemed not busy, but the whole food looked well prepared and organized out. I got the peppered chicken and the Mongolian chicken with roasted rice. The food and service super. I was so surprised to see how low the views were, but I also noticed how old they were. I hope my experience was not pure happiness, unlike big shops.

I'm currently at the restaurant with my daughter, who was eager to eat here. She ordered the Mongolian rice, but when it arrived, the portion was almost negligible. When she requested more, the server literally gave her just a couple of tiny bits. The plate was nearly empty, and despite asking for more, the staff simply stared at us without offering any additional food. To make matters worse, the meal was incredibly dry and just not enjoyable. Although this isn't typically the case, today was a real disappointment. The customer service was also severely lacking. I cannot recommend this place.

I come here all the time. This WAS my favorite place to eat chinese food in the mall , until my mom found a hair in the food , and she brought it up their attention , the workers had an excuse that it was from the fork. The next week , i went to get food from their , everything was going well , until i too found a hair in the rice. We dont get food from here anymore , even though j love their meats , i eat elsewhere.

There was a dark mold like item at the bottom of the sweet tea I purchased! The woman preparing the food coughed constantly! The Mongolian and honey chicken were less than fresh along with the fried rice! Save your money!

I wish I could give a 0 but thats not an option at the moment. I came here looking for bourbon chicken and fry rice like anyone else. So I tried it and the rice is so old the taste is just horrible and the chicken also taste so old, so gross. I went up to the lady and I told her and told her she can charge my drinks only but I would like my money back. Instead of saying I'm sorry etc she wants to catch a nasty attitude and not even apologize for her nasty food and should feel ashame for selling old food to people.
