New China - Sanford

It used to be a fantastic restaurant for seven years, and I even gave it a 5-star rating. However, I now feel the need to change that. It was the only place where I would ever eat Chinese food. The man and woman who worked there tirelessly are no longer around, and I thought they might have finally taken a well-deserved break. When I ordered food recently, it was disappointing, and I noticed they weren't there. I gave it another shot but had a rough experience again. On my third visit, I asked about the other two, and they informed me that they weren't there anymore. They suggested I choose something from the menu, but I didn't feel inclined to order, so I decided not to go back.

In contrast, here’s what happened during our first visit: the gentleman who took our order was very polite and helped resolve a pricing issue. The food arrived about 45 minutes after we ordered, and it was amazing—hands down the best Chinese food in Sanford. We've tried them all! The pork was incredible, flavorful, and packed with egg and vegetables. We were eager to order from them again, but now it looks like we’ll have to rethink that.

The owner is disgustingly rude! my mother and I ordered 3 rolls and boneless vomiting. we got two egg rolls and Teriyaki chickens. when I tried to explain the dame at the front of the mistake, I was cut off and was not given the opportunity to speak! she assumed I wanted another egg roll and began to speak with the cook I was screaming and said that I had set the wrong order and accused of touching (which as he was breaking out) than I had to say 't! she was still glocking as if I would ever return there! I recommend this place to no one!

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered delivery, they said 20 minutes and it actually took almost an hour. The food was cold. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The crab ragoons were tasteless and overcooked. We will not be eating from here again.

Not like it use to be.. ordered orange chicken and it had no orange flavor, it just tasted like greasy salty chicken nuggets. When I broke open the egg rolls it was mushy and black. We did not eat the food.. we just tossed 20 dollars of food in the garbage and ordered Olive Garden instead
