Jim's restaurant is a popular spot where locals gather for breakfast and lunch. There's always room for newcomers! The staff is more than happy to prepare your order just the way you like it. I've been enjoying breakfast there lately, and I've tried quite a few items from the menu without encountering a single bad dish. One of my favorites is the rye bread, perfectly toasted and served with breakfast. Their hash browns are excellent—crispy potatoes fried with onions and seasoned to perfection. The meals are hearty and comforting, especially during tough times like the gas crisis. You can either call ahead and get your food through the drive-thru or come in and dine. It's a very laid-back place without any pretentiousness.

I recently called in for a pickup at Jim’s. When I arrived, the line was quite long, but a waitress came out to check if I had called ahead. After I confirmed that I had, she quickly retrieved my order and prepared it for me. The price for my Philly cheesesteak and fries was reasonable, and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was spotless.

I had the pleasure of dining there for the first time and really enjoyed my Philly cheesesteak. The waitress was very helpful and provided excellent service. I should mention that the restaurant has recently changed ownership and they are planning some updates to the menu. I noticed that the online menu may not accurately reflect their current offerings. I inquired about her award-winning tortilla soup, but was informed that it's no longer on the menu. So, it's best to be aware and flexible when visiting.

A friend recently recommended this restaurant to me. I especially like the fish plate and the fact that you can get fish everyday. The fish is always hot and the hush puppies will melt in your mouth.
