Ihop - Sanford

They charged me for the flavored pancakes, but didn’t provide the flavor I ordered.

Ordered French brulee cakes got plain pancakes instead and paid and upcharge :

The food was fantastic, and the table was very clean. The Pecan Butter syrup was amazing. Our hostess, Petrina, was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all of our needs were met before we even had to ask. Honestly, she was one of the best hostesses I've ever experienced. I will definitely be coming back!

I placed my order over the phone, and a friendly lady took care of it. When I received my food, everything was accurate, which I appreciated. It was still hot when I got home, which is definitely a plus for me. I ordered the sirloin tips with eggs, hash browns, and pancakes, and everything was delicious! The steak was juicy, cooked just to my liking, and very tender, especially when paired with the onions and mushrooms. It was absolutely perfect!

Today was extremely busy, but the whole team collaborated effortlessly to ensure everyone was well taken care of. Our server, Maggie, did an outstanding job managing multiple tables at once. She anticipated our needs beautifully. Great work! We'll definitely return to our Casselberry location.
