Firehouse Subs Seminole Town Center

Unfortunately they?ve gone downhill in recent months. The past 4 times We ordered they get the order wrong. Cheese when no cheese. Pickles when no pickles. It?s always something. And they are not as speedy as they used to be. So it takes a long time to get your sub, and it?s still wrong. Very frustrating. Management needs to address these issues.

For the first time ever, I visited Firehouse subs and was so disappointed. The cashier was short with me, it took more than 30 minutes to get 2 small subs. Of course, one sub had mayonnaise all over it. It was supposed to be 1 plain cold Turkey on bread for a child, so that had to be done over. Then, as we were leaving, the trash can was overflowing and we couldn?t even discard our trash. The employees were doing something behind the counter, so I know they were working. I?m wondering if they just had too many on-line orders to take care of the guests in the store. Either way, I won?t be back.

The meatball sub and Italian sub tamed so fresh and roasted today. the hook and the ladder salat had a nice selection of ingredients. it was the friendly staff that made my experience perfect. all 3 employees were friendly and worked as a team. I'll be back soon.
