Contribuiți la feedbackI'm glad I gave this place a chance. I could use their lunch menu on Saturday. Usually this is offered only during the week, you get so much food for a decent price. I had the sesame chicken with egg roasted rice, everything was fresh and delicious! I'll get her back soon.
Lucky I am a Chinese food lover. I saw they have General Tsos BURGER!! I was so excited that this is something new and CHOPSTICKS is the only place that serves it. I ordered 2 general Tsos burgers. 1 Yum Yum Burger and 3 egg rolls. I and my mother loved it! It was fire. Please see the picture. If your thinking about it try!!!
That was the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. The staff was very nice and friendly. Even the new owner came in to chat with me while I was deciding what to order.
The owner and the staff I interacted with—three others—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Building rapport with customers is essential for good service, and the lady at the counter even complimented my wife on her beautifully manicured nails. I have a habit of ordering Crab Rangoon or cheese wontons whenever I eat Chinese food. While the subtle variations in Americanized Asian cuisine may please connoisseurs and those with Michelin tastes, I find that the classic, deep-fried dough filled with cream cheese and crab meat truly shows whether a restaurant is run by a skilled cook. I was pleasantly surprised by Chopstix’s Crab Rangoon, which was cooked to a perfect golden brown and crispiness, and made with real crab meat and cream cheese. This is something you rarely find in typical takeout. The rest of my meal was equally impressive. The pepper steak came with a balanced mix of pepper, steak strips, and fried rice, without overwhelming any of the components. Everything was perfectly portioned. After finishing my meal, I felt a sense of satisfaction that is often missing with standard comfort food. Chopstix excels in both taste and quality of service. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant ambiance, and the staff worked quickly to clean tables. The floors were spotless, but what really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the kitchen. It’s rare to find such a well-maintained cooking area, which reflects a true commitment to the craft. I take my cooking and presentation seriously, and it shows when someone else is just as dedicated. To the owner of Chopstix, while you may not remember me as I come and go, please know that your restaurant is without a doubt the best Chinese cuisine establishment I’ve ever encountered. *It's worth noting that crab meat is commonly an imitation variety made from surimi, which consists of fish paste, starches, and seasonings. If a menu item lists crab meat, it's usually meant to indicate a distinction. However, at Chopstix, the flavor of real crab in the Crab Rangoon was unmistakable— a rarity in such dishes, where the filling often tastes more like sweeteners and processed cheese than anything else.
On 12/9, I returned with my sister, and we ordered the chicken egg foo young, which she said was delicious. I had the seafood lo mein with white sauce, and it was fantastic again—this dish has quickly become another favorite of mine! I can't wait for next week to try something else from the menu.
