Chick-fil-a - Sanford

I was quite disappointed with my chicken sandwich; it was dry and lacked any sauce. The fries were also not crispy. While the drive-thru ordering process was efficient, there was no opportunity to view a menu beforehand. We had a long wait for our food, and after receiving it, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes to exit because there was no lane available after picking up our order. I don't think I'll return to that location again!

I found the food to be just average. The portions of chicken were quite small, while the waffle fries were plentiful. However, I felt that the nuggets and the tiny chicken strips did not justify the $20 price tag.

During lunchtime on a Saturday, the restaurant felt a bit less organized compared to most Chick-fil-A locations. They forgot to bring our drinks, which was a bit disappointing. It seemed like some of the staff were fairly new and still learning the processes to keep everything running smoothly. However, there were no issues with the taste or freshness of the food.

Beth made an excellent point. Mobile ordering should be more time saving but it's not. I check that in at the restaurant still wait 15 minutes.... sometimes longer after I get there.

Came by to get a $4 burrito, no meat untill the very back!! Unacceptable has to be eatin lik a sandwich take it off the menu if it cant b made right $10 wasted still have a. Chicken one left. Chic fil a is slacking not lik it used to be :
