Byblos Mediterranean Kitchen - Sanford

Byblos was great! Chef joel greeted us when we explained a bit about his eating and asked if we had to ask. his Lebanese background and his French culinary experience showed up in the fresh and tasty kitchen. presentation was beautiful. the fatayer hot appetizer was crisp and tasty. the vegetarian platter was perfect for my mother and I with the fresh pita slices. super creamy hommus, perfect baba ghanouj, garden fresh taboule, hot crispy cheese rolls and. the best falafel I have everything! Chef joel explained how he brought back the special wok in his baggage from his home! it really makes a difference. super crispy on the outside and damp inside. perfect! I can't wait to go back and have a complete order next time or the falafel sandwich. ready lunch with delicious baklava for dessert. again the best I had! sharp and sweet, but not clumpy. like all chefs Joel’s eating, it was nicely balanced. all in all a great experience in a really cool opposite in the mary see. can not wait to go back!

The owners and staff are absolutely fantastic, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. Highly recommended! The prices are great, and the service is excellent. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I will be coming back. I enjoyed the hummus, kafta kabob platter, and fattoush salad.

I was strolling through the plaza when I stumbled upon Byblos, and I'm so glad I decided to try it out. It's a lovely little family-owned spot with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner and chef, Joel, treated me wonderfully and made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely worth the wait! I ordered the chicken shish taouk, and it was incredibly tender and perfectly grilled. The rice was also outstanding! I loved the presentation and the service was excellent, but most importantly, the quality of the food was bursting with flavor. If you’re in town, be sure to check it out!

Byblos is absolutely brilliant eating with a little taste for every taste! I can't eat bark, my mother is on a limited diet, my children are all picky food, and my wife has super-high standards for Mediterranean food. unnecessary to say we are a hard crowd to please, and yet, byblos has hung us all!

Whenever my husband and I visit Florida, we always make a point to eat at this restaurant! The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick. I highly recommend this place!
